Election Conspiracy?

Just heard some juice abt the election conspiracy from TheBullTrader. Not sure if its true, just passing it along. As I'm living in Singapore, I'm not familiar with the governmental structure or election matters. So I looked up the wikipedia & found that the election for U.S. Senate & House election will be held on 7 Nov 06.
